Research interests

My research interests are mainly in Dispute Resolution, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Multi-Door Courthouse, Access to Justice for disabled persons, International Commercial Arbitration,  Online Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law, Business Law, Traditional African Method of Settling Dispute (TAMSD), Ubuntu Philosophy, Stoic  & Tao Philosophy, Religion, Conflict and Peace.

Knowledge exchange


 Chinwe was shortlisted under the category for the publication of the year in 2020 by the African Arbitration Association(AfAA) and has achieved the Silver status of the Resolution Institute -Member Connect in 2021 for her many valuable contributions. She also serves as a mentor at the Resolution Institute.
