Organization profile
The main focus of the Voice and Participation in Childhood and Education Research and Enterprise Group is: learners and young citizens; their experiences of educational settings across a range of fields and phases (from early years to university and/or the workplace); the extent and nature of their rights, agency, participation and inclusion in learning events and spaces; educational institutions and wider community/society; and the social, cultural and political contexts within which these processes all take place. This REG includes three overlapping and interconnected thematic strands on ‘children and young people’, ‘learner voice, engagement and participation’ and ‘citizenship, identity and social justice’.
